HH Sheikh Mohammed Praised A CEO After Learning That He Personally Attends To His Customers
The ruler of Dubai received a secret shoppers’ report today
Among the the many companies whose transactions were reported in the list, one of them was the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment. The report detailed the shopper’s interaction with the institution and it was a very heart-warming experience, so much so that His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid publicly praised Omar Bu Shehab, the CEO of the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment.

It was seen that Bu Shehab was himself an attendant at the service counters, receiving customers, speeding up procedures, and contributing to clearing transactions. Plus, he ensured that the entire procedure was completed in less than five minutes.
His Highness Sheikh Mohammed thanked the work team as well as Omar Bu Shehab and gave a very inspiring message for everyone:
A message to all: The customers and the public are the reason for the entity’s existence..and they are the reason for hiring its staff..and their satisfaction with the services is an authentic right and a noble principle in the work of any entity. No matter how developed our country is, our eyes will continue to monitor the level of basic services provided to our citizens.

Renowned for his multiple casual public appearances, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed himself sets the precedent for humility and therefore it comes off as no surprise that he would applaud the same character found in another.
The ruler of Dubai has been known to ensure quality and equality in government departments by himself standing in lines and ensuring that no one is allowed to cut over the other. He has also been seen using the Dubai metro on various occasions, and driving down the roads of Dubai without an entourage.
