1. The series is based on George R.R. Martin’s Fire & Blood

The show will be a ten-episode long HBO original drama series premiering solely on OSN+ and is set 200 years before the actual events of Game of Thrones take place. It tells the story of everybody’s favourite dragon house… House Targaryen!

2. The cast lineup for the show has some especially cool names

Matt Smith, who plays Prince Daemon Targaryen, the King’s younger brother and heir to the throne is a well-acclaimed actor! He’s played the role of the Doctor in Doctor Who, and Prince Philip on the Netflix series The Crown, which earned him a Primetime Emmy Award Nomination.

4. The show will air in the MENA region on the same date as in the USA
