Allison Poerner, the GCC’s first water sommelier knows everything there is to know about H2O

Allison doesn’t just know the difference between the waters, she also knows which go better with which food items! She also states that the geological strata impact each water’s different mineral composition giving each naturally sourced mineral water its unique set of characteristics and taste.

She helps hotels, restaurants, and event planners with menus too!
