The land of superlatives continues to do what it does best….WIN!

adidas and Les Mills broke a Guinness World Record title for “Most nationalities in a high-intensity interval training class” on Sunday, November 12 and it was definitely a sight to witness

Participants were part of an exhilarating Les Mills workout expertly guided by Les Mills’ global presenters including Ben Main, Caley Jack, and Kaylah Blayr and powered by adidas’ high-performance training wear. It was all set against the backdrop of one of Dubai’s most iconic buildings, the Museum of the Future.

The accomplishment saw participation from 55 nationalities in a dynamic workout session

Such an “only in Dubai” moment!

This world record definitely goes to show how this city is a melting pot of cultures.

The Fitness 30×30 is an event started by the Crown Prince of Dubai. The community does 30 minutes of exercise every day for 30 days… it is definitely heartwarming to see how well it has been embraced throughout the city, across cultures and nationalities.
