The Epic Dubai Ride Presented By DP World Is Coming Back On November 12!
It’s time to get active for the Dubai Fitness Challenge! If you don’t already know, DFC is a city-wide event that encourages EVERYONE to take part in 30 minutes of activity every day for 30 days.
And instead of doing your regular exercise regimen, most fitness centres and gyms in Dubai offer some kind of fun class. There are also BIGGER events where thousands of people can participate like Dubai Ride (which is coming back this year!)

Dubai Ride presented by DP World is for people of all ages and abilities
You don’t need to be Lance Armstrong to participate or have any pro-cycling experiences, nay nay! All you need is to register, collect your bib, get your refillable water bottle, grab a bike and a helmet and literally just cycle.
There are 2 routes to choose from; the 4km Downtown Family route and the 12km Sheikh Zayed Road route. The 4km Downtown Family route is a flat route, much more suitable for cyclists of all ages and abilities.
The 12km Sheikh Zayed Road route is perfect for those who love to cycle for extended periods of time and also want to see the city’s iconic buildings in an exceptional viewing experience. There are however 5 different starting points you can choose from; Museum of The Future, Al Satwa, Coca-Cola Arena, Business Bay, and Lower Financial St.

Head to Run and Ride Central, at One Central to collect your bib.
They are open from 4 November – 11 November, Mon-Fri 2pm-10pm or Sat-Sun 10am-10pm.
The Dubai Ride presented by DP world routes start at 6:15am – please arrive 30 minutes before. You must complete your ride at 7:30am.
