UAE Residents Can Soon Apply For Schengen Visa Online!

Exciting news for UAE residents! Get ready to ditch the visa office hustle because soon, you can apply for your Schengen visa with just a few clicks. Online applications are about to make travel plans a whole lot easier…

Soon, you can apply for your Schengen visa HASSLE-FREE

Moreover, the Council of the European Union is shaking things up with new rules, soon allowing you to submit your Schengen visa application entirely online via a dedicated platform. No more passport sticker stress or consulate appointments – it’s a digital visa revolution, making the process smoother and convenient.

Spain’s Interior Minister, Fernando Grande-Marlaska said:

The online visa system will simplify the application process for travellers, at the same time, will ease the burden on national administrations, which will be able to respond more quickly and effectively.

Three BIG changes coming to the Schengen Visa:

  1. Say Goodbye to Paperwork: The Council of the EU has announced a major shift – applying for your visa is shifting online! A new EU visa application platform is in the works, allowing you to input all necessary data, upload digital copies of your travel documents, and even pay your visa fees without leaving your home.
  2. Consulates, Who? Except for first-time applicants, the days of in-person visits to consulates or service providers are over. The latest regulations have streamlined the process, making it hassle-free for seasoned travelers.
  3. Passport Perk: Welcome to stress-free travels! The Council of the EU has just unveiled an upgrade – visa stickers bid farewell from your passport. Instead, sleek digital visas with a cryptographically signed 2D barcode will streamline your journey and enhance security against counterfeit and theft
