Parents who leave their children locked in a car in the summer can receive a penalty of up to AED5k in fines
Dubai Police stated:
“Leaving children alone in the car exposes them to an inevitable and potentially-life threatening risk. This is due to the soaring temperatures inside the vehicle that may lead to suffocation.“
Also, according to UAE law, leaving a child unattended in a car will lead to your imprisonment and/or up to AED5k in fines.
