Dona Gilbert, an Indian national residing in Dubai for over 15 years, explained her experience of how an Emirates call centre agent provided assistance to her family during a critical situation by arranging last-minute flight tickets, highlighting the agent’s helpfulness and the airline’s responsiveness in times of emergency.

Dona dedicated her artwork to Emirates as a way to show her appreciation towards the airline for going above & beyond for their passengers…

The resident went on to praise the airline some more by adding, “the service on the phone, the empathy shown by staff.. the ease of execution, the list goes on. I am humbled.”
