An independent international test has just confirmed Dubai’s newest superlative: DXB officially has the fastest Wi-Fi service speed offered at any airport in the world.

Ookla, a Seattle-based global leader in internet testing and analysis stated, “Dubai reigns when it comes to free airport Wi-Fi”.

With an average download speed of 39.50 Mbps, Dubai was number one of all airports surveyed.

Seoul International Airport came in second place, followed by Tokyo International Airport in third

With average download speeds of 26.52 and 18.28 respectively.
