Well a story has emerged about a 63-year-old resident who displaced TWO spinal discs after lifting one.

Zawya reported that Efren Manalo Roque had to undergo emergency surgery in Mankhool earlier this month after weeks of discomfort following the heavy lifting.

This was not an isolated incident for the man

The man works for a cargo company and is no stranger to heavy lifting.

After carrying one of the bottles last month, he experienced a pain and weakness in his legs which he dismissed, but persistent medical difficulties forced him to seek further medical help. After two weeks with little relief, a doctor discovered the man’s medical issues were due to the displaced discs, according to the report.
