Forget about what exercise does to you (I mean it’s benefits), check out what it’s doing for the community.
Al Saada Park at the Dubai Ladies Club is turning kinetic energy generated by exercise into electricity to power devices. The park, which is a project by Dubai Electricity and Water Authority and Dubai Ladies Club, has three zones which feature physical, entertainment and educational elements.
The initiative is also a way of teaching the younger generation the importance of preserving the environment and generating clean energy. And this is perhaps one of the most fun ways to do it.

This happens when eight people use the machines at the same time. The electricity generated by these machines will be stored to power the park’s lights, water coolers and even mobile chargers.
