Right now, there are 88,700 people with USD$1 million (+AED3,670,000) or more living in the UAE, according to The UAE 2018 Wealth Report which covers trends in the last decade and projections for the next ten years to come.

The report shows the UAE is the largest wealth market in the Middle East and the 26th largest worldwide and also speculates that by 2027, there will be more than 140,000 millionaires living in the UAE (anyone feeling hopeful?!).
Right now there are 13 billionaires living in the UAE, each with net assets of US$1 billion or more, this number is rising and the report estimates there will be 30 billionaires in the UAE in the next nine years.
The average person living here has net assets worth approximately US$99,000 wealth per capita (+AED363,000)…this is well above the global average.
