WOOOOPPP! Dubai’s beloved shopping spot is getting a festive makeover that guests can enjoy from December 6 – 29. That means tree lighting ceremonies, snowfall, singalongs, Santa’s grotto and many such jolly fun stuff.

Head on down to the festive wonderland with all your nearest and dearest because you know what they say… it’s not what’s under the tree that matters, it’s who’s gathered around it. (#Awwwww!)

Kids enjoy this time of the year more than anyone else, so make sure to show them a Christmas they’ll be reminiscing about for aeons.

The setup will be spread across the Festival Bay. So head on down and spend a magical time with the famjam as you delight over the tree lighting at 6 pm, every evening with snowfall and a nightly carol performance to give them the ultimate Festive experience.

Also enjoy the exciting carnival rides for all ages along with The Magical Wishing Maze, Light Tunnels, Polar Bear Walk, Festive Singalong and Stage Shows, Festive Juggles and Mime’s. For ’em foodies with a major sweet tooth and food cravings, the Festive Market will have a selection of retail and F&B kiosks to choose from. Festive market highlights include a festive maze, enchanted polar bear valley, a candy factory and of course no festive experience is complete without a Santa’s Grotto.

DFC’s tunnel of imagination will take you through an enchanted Polar Bear Valley

Here you and your lovely company can explore beautiful evergreen fir trees, snowdrifts, polar bears and reindeers on your way to the Festive Market where you can pay a visit to Santa’s Grotto and have a meet and greet with the big man himself.

*(The festive grotto has been adapted this year and children will speak to Santa from behind a transparent Covid compliant screen.)

Or wander through the colourful Festive Maze that will take you on a journey through a festive wonderland under a canopy of twinkling lights

You will be greeted by Frosty who will take you through the valley of the shooting stars, you will then journey through the clouds on your way to the wishing tree.

On route, there is an opportunity to stop and have a selfie at Festive House before you arrive at the Wishing Tree. The Wishing tree is as old as Winter itself; you can take a selfie with the trees smiling face as you leave your wish with the Keeper of the Tree before exiting the maze via a fun wall of mirrors then through to the giant star photo opp.
