Christmas

It’s not a meal. It’s a feast with dishes such as slow cooked duck breast with strawberry and balsamic vinegar, chickpea ravioli with red prawns, lamb ragout tagliatelle and the signature turkey with polenta cream and baby betroot making an appearance on your table. End on a sweet note with Italian Panettone sponge with cream cheese, truffle and chestnut ice cream. A jazz band will provide the festive tunes for the evening.

New Year’s Eve

It’s a culinary journey that begins with a welcome beverage and canapés followed by an amuse-bouche of oyster, caviar and green apple. Next up is a seafood salad and langoustine carpaccio before a serving of braised oxtail ravioli and asparagus cream risotto with seared scallops. The main affair is either a tender Wagyu Striploin or delicious Turbot. The six-course meal ends with a moreish chocolate dessert and a liqueur ice cream. A jazz band and complimentary glass of bubbles will ensure the year starts on the right note.

And if you can’t wait till then…there’s a truffle menu available now

It’s a four-course affair created with treasured truffles from Alba. Classics have been given a unique twist which means you’re in for a real treat through each course. Some of the dishes include burrata with shavings of white truffle, Parmesan and butter risotto infused with truffle and finally truffle scented hazelnut mousse. Don’t know about you but we’re in truffle heaven already.
