Ryan Serhant is an American real estate broker and writer who touched down in Dubai earlier this year for the ultimate tour of a pad that currently is home to YouTuber and self-made millionaire Iman Gadzhi, who’s worth a reported $85 million according to this YouTube video.
This home is a fully-furnished rental, which Iman is living in while he looks for something more permanent, he says beachfront living in Dubai is the dream, and you can see why.
Inside the opulent Palm mansion adorned with lavish gold finishings, he admits to having sat in the main living room only once. But, given that the home also has a private gym and a beach just a few steps away, who can blame him?!
