Dubai Holding has released a new video of how the Dubai Water Canal came about. 

As the question at the start of the video says, ‘Can a City’s map be changed forever’, to be fair to them the answer is yes. And they can be proud of a very successful project. 

The Canal itself looks amazing at the moment and will be even better once all the projects around it are finished.
