Saudi’s Fundraising Drive For Gaza Is Now The Biggest In The Country’s History
KS Relief’s ongoing fundraising campaign for the people of Gaza has achieved a remarkable milestone, making it the most generously funded initiative in the history of the Sahem platform.
Despite a slowdown in contributions after the initial week, the campaign has surpassed an impressive SR536 million.

The previous highest-funded drive on the platform was the one that raised funds for the victims of the earthquake and its aftershocks in Syria and Turkey, raising over SR524 million.
The dire situation in Gaza, marked by severe bombing attacks, has led to critical shortages of essential supplies, including food, fuel, and medical resources. The Saudi fundraising campaign addresses this urgent need, offering a glimmer of hope to the war-torn region.
A tangible impact of the campaign is the successful passage of the first trucks carrying aid from Saudi Arabia through the Rafah border crossing into Palestine. This is definitely helping in providing much-needed relief to the besieged people living in Gaza.
