Umrah Has Now Become Easier For Travellers From The EU, UK, And US
The past few years have seen so many new visas launched that have made it super easy to visit the country and perform Umrah. It’s become even easier now.
If you’re a citizen or a permanent resident of the EU, UK, or US and planning to perform Umrah anytime soon, then there’s some really good news for you.
According to the Gulf News, the Saudi Ministry of Hajj and Umrah has announced that people from the EU, UK, and US can perform the umrah without having a visa in advance.
So it looks like people hailing from these countries can now opt for either a visa on arrival through the regular tourist visa channel or an Umrah visa right at the airport.
Those who are visiting the country on a four-day stopover visa also have the option to perform Umrah.
Speaking of Umrah, Hajj bookings are open for residents of Saudi on the ministry’s website. You can book your slots online.
