Cirque Du Soleil
One of the world’s greatest acts is coming to the capital for a one of a kind performance with the theme being the Saudi National Day. Media reports have termed it as the Montreal-based troupe’s largest show ever. The event will be held in the “King Fahd International Stadium”, which is one of the biggest stadiums in the country.
The Green Concert
Headed by the pioneer of electronic music, Jean Michel Jarre, the concert is expected to be a spectacle featuring vast laser displays and great music. Jarre will be performing in the King Abdullah Financial District with the event starting at 8:00 PM.
Largest National Flag
Riyadhis are also set to witness around 300 drones take part in a laser show that will see the creation of the largest national flag measuring 400 meters in length.
Riyadh Carnival
This is expected to be the largest carnival in the Kingdom and will take place from the 21st to the 23rd of September on the Prince Turki Al Awwal Road. It will have orchestras, fireworks, laser shows, folklore performances and acrobatic shows amongst lots of other things – basically something for everyone.
