Children Aged 3 To 17 Are Now Eligible For The Sinopharm Vaccine In The UAE

NCEMA have stated that 70.69 of the population of the UAE are fully vaccinated.

MoHAP announced that the Sinopharm vaccine can be administered to children between the ages of 3 and 17. The decision came after “clinical trials and extensive calculations and is based on the emergency use authorisation and local evaluations which are in line with the approved regulations,” NCEMA stated in a Tweet.
Authorities in Abu Dhabi achieved the target of vaccinating 900 children as part of the trial to study the effectiveness of the Sinopharm vaccine on the youngsters. The Department of Health Abu Dhabi said the study examined the vaccine’s effectiveness in reducing the infection rate and the severity of the symptoms.
