Abu-Dhabi based airline, Etihad Airways, has announced its lifting of the electronic ban on all its flights from Abu Dhabi International Airport to the United States. Reportedly, the lift will be effective immediately allowing passengers flying to the States to carry laptops, mobiles, and tablets onto an aircraft.
“We welcome the decision by the US Department of Homeland Security to lift the electronic devices ban on flights between Abu Dhabi and the US, following the successful validation of security measures at the US Preclearance facility at Abu Dhabi airport earlier today”
