A Man Stole Goods Worth AED80k From His Manager’s Apartment While His Manager Was On Holiday

This is exactly what a Dubai resident did… The cheek!
An employee of a supermarket in Karama broke into his manager’s apartment, while his manager was reportedly on vacation. He stole a passport and jewelry worth AED80k, he then hid the stolen goods in his friend’s apartment and fled the country, according to the Khaleej Times.
The goods which were valued at AED80k have been recovered by Dubai Police
Dubai Police went on the case and found the jewellery and passport in the home where the goods were hidden. The friend who held the goods was arrested and will face the law.
The man who stole the goods and fled the country is being sentenced in absentia.
