We hear that the wealthiest man in India bought an expensive mansion in Palm Jumeirah for AED280 million and think it’s just a one-time thing, right? Def, wrong!
Webster Pacific conducted their research and gathered their findings to reveal the Dubai neighbourhoods that are home to high-net-worth individuals (HNWI).
According to Webster Pacific, “HNWI are defined as individuals with wealth of USD1 million or more, of which Dubai has 67,900 as of June 2022.”
There are 67,900 high-net-worth individuals in Dubai as of June 2022 and it looks like 8,685 live in Jumeirah! Al Barsha has 8,155; Arabian ranches has 3,728; Al Thanyah has 3,542, and Umm Suqeim has 2,960.
If you’re wondering about the Burj Khalifa, it’s home to 871 high-net-worth individuals, which may seem like a lot but it makes sense!
Why these places? Because of their suburban feel, proximity to downtown Dubai, golf clubs and equestrian facilities, the schools, and their seclusion.
