Residency Visas Are Going To Be Processed A LOT Faster Thanks To A New Initiative

Residency visas are about to get a whole lot faster, thanks to a new system announced by government ministries. 

Transaction times for residency permits are going to be reduced by 50% as part of the government accelerators approach. 

The process is set to get streamlined to reduce processing timings, and Dr. Hussain Al Rand, Assistant Under-Secretary for Health Centres and Clinics, Ministry of Health, explained that ministries will be working closely together. 

He said: ‘The Ministry of Health is committed to co-operating with other government stakeholders to deliver the objectives of the government accelerators regarding the residency permit for private sector staff in 100 days.”
