HH Sheikh Mohammed Has Promoted The Amazing Officer Who Saved A Stranded Family
We reported earlier about the Dubai Customs officer loaned his personal car to a family whose car break down while on their way to Muscat.
A follow up on this story has revealed that our favorite ruler, HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum promoted the officer to the rank of First Officer in response to his actions.
Salim Abdullah Bin Nabhan Al Badawi who used to work as a passport officer at the Hatta border crossing, has been promoted to the rank of First Officer as a token of appreciation.
As mentioned on Dubai Media Office, Major Gen. Mohammed Al Marri, Director General of the General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs in Dubai, said: “This award reflects Sheikh Mohammed’s keenness to recognise the efforts of outstanding employees in the performance of their duties and the keenness of all members of the Department to work with all seriousness and diligence.”
