A Video Of Mould On Baskin Robbins Ice Cream Went Viral And Dubai Municipality Has Issued A Statement Regarding The Incident

A video of ice cream found with mould on it recently went viral and Dubai Municipality has issued a statement regarding the matter.

The video showed Baskin Robbins ice cream that had mould in it, and stated it was in Dubai.  

According to the Dubai Municipality, the person who made the video accused the municipality of lax food control, however a statement has been issued regarding the matter. 

Dubai Municipality said a team investigated and the video wasn’t even made in the UAE

It also says: “The Municipality also uses the self-monitoring method on food institutions to ensure full compliance with all specifications and legislations adopted in the country.”
