Keralite Passengers Are Getting A Treat From Emirates For A Limited Period

To any Keralites traveling out of the UAE between today and September 13, you’re in for a real treat.

In commemoration of the the beginning of the Malayalam calendar, all Emirates flights to and from Kochi and Thiruvananthapuram will be serving OG Onam Sadhya dishes across all cabin classes.

Economy, business and first class seats will be serving delicious cuisine from Kerala

Other mouth-watering dishes like kaalan (from coconut, yoghurt and yam) and puli ini will also be served. If you’re in business and first-class, expect to be served the Keralite take on pappadam and mango pickle.

So from September 1 to 13, Emirates’ chefs will curate the festive, local dishes during those TWO flights from Emirates that depart daily, and 11 times weekly.

AND entertainment aboard the flights will also feature well-known Malayalam movies and music
