The Dubai Department of Economic Development (DED) shared the announcement via their official Instagram account on Monday, asking people to download the new Dubai Consumer app for a chance to win the device by next week.
Get your iPhone XR by downloading an app, take a screenshot of your registration and BAM!
It almost feels like a joke, but the official account already has thousands of comments in- only FOUR hours following the announcement on Instagram.

Here are the steps (P.S. they are easy peasy, lemon squeezy)
1. Download the Dubai Consumer app on either iPS or Android.
2. Register on the app
3. Take a screenshot of that registration
4. Follow @dubai_consumers on IG, share the screenshot on your IG stories or post it and tag the same account.
The WINNER will be announced on June 24 at 12 pm.
