Dubai Police Have Set Up A Campaign To Help People Avoid From Drowning
Dubai Police have just launched a new campaign that is set to spread awareness amongst the sea-goers of the UAE.
The sea safety campaign was firstly introduced on Jumeriah Beach, where Director of Port Police Station, Brigadier Abudlqader Al Bannai, and 62 other volunteers gave out pamphlets and other safety equipment in aims to educate beach visitors about the protective measures that should be taken whilst swimming.
The main objective behind the initiative is to help decrease and avoid accidents of drowning happening in the UAE.
Six people have drowned since the beginning of 2017
