Three Men Accused Of Raping A Drunk Woman In A Hotel Room Have Received 10-Year Sentences
Three men have been imprisoned for 10 years each, in Dubai courts, for raping a woman in January.
According to a report on Gulf News, the three Saudi nationals were holidaying in Dubai, partying at a nightclub.
They reportedly invited a Moroccan woman back to their hotel room in Al Muraqqabat.
The four were drinking in the room, when the three men proceeded to molest and rape the woman in the hotel room.
They restrained her when she attempted to call police, and took her phone.
She managed to call assistance from hotel staff who called the police.
The three men will be deported after serving their sentence, and the woman received an AED2,000 fine for consuming alcohol.
