One Of Dubai’s Biggest Supermarkets Is Shutting Down And A Massive Clearance Sale Is Expected
The Saudi-owned HyperPanda Dubai, in Dubai Festival city, is set to close shop due to reported losses of is parent company Savola Group, to which over 960 million Saudi Riyals (that’s over AED944 million) were the reported losses for the fourth quarter of 2016.
We will all surely miss it.
However…
But before it officially closes, a clearance sale is expected to take place this week
The closure of the store comes as traditional retailers and mall owners face competition from the developing convenience store segment adding fresh food items as well.
