Dubai Just Broke ANOTHER Epic World Record
WHOOP WHOOP!
DMCC and the Government of Dubai have announced a brand new Guinness World Record title for the world’s LARGEST jigsaw puzzle. YAY.
Done in celebration of the Year of Zayed, this massive jigsaw puzzle was made from over 12,000 pieces and spans an area of over 6,000 m², andddd to make things better, it’s within the stunning Uptown Dubai district.
The Executive Chairman of DMCC, Ahmed bin Sulayem said, “The late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan was a visionary leader of rare perception. The Year of Zayed represents an important moment for us all to reflect on this reality, and I commend the entire team behind the initiative for promoting his legacy in such a meaningful way.
At DMCC, it is our hope that with this world record achievement, we have shown our support for the national project and gratitude for the inspiring Founding Father of the UAE.”
The incredible masterpiece was unveiled at a ceremony attended by only a few invitees, who were asked to gather to move the last remaining puzzle pieces into place.
