HOW TO: Apply For A Good Conduct Certificate In The UAE
There are new rules for anyone seeking employment in the UAE.
From February 4, you will need a certificate of good conduct in order to be issued a work visa.
A ‘good conduct’ certificate proves your good conduct in the state in terms of security and criminality. It can be issued by your home country or the country where you spent the last five years; this cert must by attested by UAE diplomatic missions, or oversees Customer Happiness Centres at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation.
Long term residents looking for a new visa can apply via Dubai Police
