Putting the capital P in burger Perfection, ADRIFT Burger Bar by Michelin-Rated Chef David Myers has a new home at Rove Hotels and fans are buzzing.
The burger bar is helmed by David Myers’ (@gypsychef) who pretty much received a standing ovation from The New York Times, who dubbed his burger ‘the perfect burger’. That’s right folks, a burger dubbed ‘the PERFECT burger’ has landed in Dubai, and here are the deets you need to investigate.
Kicking off at Rove Expo 2020, the limited-time pop-up will run for 6 weeks before roving on to new locations
In case you were living under a rock, ADRIFT was one of the most popular spots for foodies hunting gems at Expo. An incredible 115,000 fans flocked to its doors during the six-month stint, so the news that Adrift is back is BIG!
ADRIFT Burger Bar, launched initially in Venice Beach, California in 2020, and at the iconic Expo 2020 Dubai a year later- the vibes are effortlessly chill with a dash of Tokyo cool. Find it at Rove Expo 2020 Dubai and treat yo’self to David’s signature burgers and classics with all the fixings alongside shakes and crispy sides. NOM, NOM!
ADRIFT Burger Bar is a concept that’s near and dear to my heart so I’m excited to return to Expo City, this time for our pop-up collaboration with Rove Hotels. I had an amazing time experiencing Expo 2020 Dubai during ADRIFT Burger Bar’s residency in the Mobility District, and I feel just as nostalgic about our Rove pop-up as I hope our Dubai fans do. Although Expo 2020 attracted people from all across the globe, – amazingly – more than 9 in 10 of our guests were in fact UAE residents, so I hope to see a lot of familiar faces at our Rove Expo 2020 pop-up.
