UAE Banks Will Remain Open 6 Days A Week From January 2 2022
The UAE recently announced that it will transition to a four and a half day working week, with Friday afternoon, Saturday and Sunday forming the new weekend. All Federal government departments will move to the new weekend from January 1, 2022.

Banks in UAE will remain open 6 days a week
Right after this, UAE banks have now announced new working hours. The Central Bank of UAE directed all banks in the UAE to remain open for six days in a week, including Friday.
The banks can decide upon the working hours in compliance with the new laws in the country, the circular said.
The changes will go into effect from January 2, 2022.
