The Dubai Jazz Festival Just Got Even Better With Tom Jones Confirmed To Perform
Welsh rocker Tom Jones has been added to headline one of the evenings for the Emirates Airlines Dubai Jazz Festival on February 22nd 2016. A lineup that already included Mariah Carey and Enrique Iglesias, this promises to be a very entertaining event as the festival celebrates it’s 15th year.
This isn’t a jazz festival like New Orleans Jazz festival, it’s more like a well organized concert in Dubai Media City Amphitheater with Jazz as the undertone. British rockers Kasabian played there two years ago, and Sting performed last year.
2017 is already looking promising on the gig front, with Coldplay singing in the New Year in Abu Dhabi, Elton John’s rescheduled concert and Justin Bieber all announced for the first half of next year as well.
