Footage Of A DRIVERLESS Tesla Delivering Coffee In Dubai Goes Viral
The future is here, but are ya ready for it?
Footage is going viral of an autonomous Tesla (no driver, people!) delivering coffee in Dubai.
The video was first shared by tech entrepreneur Alvin Foo and it’s been viewed over 70k times. The video shows a Tesla pull up on a side street, the doors glide open, and a man dressed in a local dress appears to take the coffee.
The video is titled ‘Coffee Delivery by #Tesla’s Autonomous Car in Dubai’

Dubai has a famous autonomous transportation strategy in which it aims to transform 25 % of the total transportation in Dubai into autonomous mode by 2030
The move will cut transportation costs, reduce environmental pollution, reduce traffic accidents, reduce spaces allocated for parking, and boost general economic returns by increasing the efficiency of the transportation sector in Dubai by 2030.
The main sectors identified for the application of the strategy are metro, buses and taxis, however, regulation for autonomous vehicles on the road is still in motion and driverless cars are not regulated to drive in Dubai just yet.
Peeps are hyped and ‘looking forward to sharing the road with more random vehicles soon’
a smaller car might be a bit more efficient. Look forward to sharing the road with many more random vehicles soon.

This footage was staged (for the ‘gram), you won’t see driverless vehicles on the roads in Dubai just yet
For those wondering, this was staged, but it's still a cool peek into the future of fully autonomous cars.
