It’s almost like an involuntary reaction. Dubai Police officers always have our back and what happened with this kid well definitely make your day!

A Filipina mum was taking her son on a stroll when he waved at a police car that was passing by. To their surprise, the Dubai Police officers got out of their vehicle when they noticed the toddler waving at them!

2 year-old Seb and mother Sharon Parilla were so excited that the police officers came to greet them, that they shared it on socials!

The police officers went to greet Seb and even gave him some snacks

Mrs. Parilla told The Global Filipino Magazine the happy event and it went absolutely viral.

Seb was so happy! He waved back and said hi to them too with a big smile

She said.

Apparently Seb’s favourite shows are all about heroes including policemen, firefighters and first responders. When he saw their car, he wanted to just show his gratitude!

Policemen are always there to serve and promote public safety. We should not be scared of them and being able to approach them like that makes us feel that expats are indeed welcome and protected in this country. My kids grew up here and we’re really lucky to live in a safe and beautiful city like Dubai,

Parilla added.

Soon after, Seb was invited by the force to visit the Muraqqabat station

Parents Rudy and Sharon Parilla then got a call from an officer inviting them to the police station in Deira. Sergeant Manal Aljaouhari also invited their 2 year old Seb for a fun time playing with toy police cars in the children’s corner. He may have wanted to take the police car home but instead the officers gifted him miniature cars.
