Hotels all through Dubai begin the festive period by lighting up their mammoth Christmas trees. Seriously, some are gigantic. Think mulled grape and more festive puddings than you can possibly imagine.

2. The Tiffany Christmas windows are about to be unveiled
Christmas wouldn’t be Christmas without Tiffany & Co. holiday windows and you’ll find them at Dubai Mall. (Make sure you drop in for a hot chocolate too.)
The big reveal is happening tomorrow, then you can check them out for free right through the holidays…
3. You’ll get to see the Christmas markets
Yup, you don’t need to visit Europe to find an authentic Christmas market, we have our very own here that you’ll absolutely love. The St. Regis Christmas market at Al Habtoor city is one of the best; think roasted chestnuts, mulled grape and it’s located next to the stunning St. Regis hotel.
