Dubai Marina Metro Station Will Soon Be Called Sobha Realty
The RTA has given the thumbs up for the renaming of another Metro station: Dubai Marina Metro station will be renamed Sobha Realty Metro Station.
This comes after Al Rashidiya and Al Jafiliya Stations were renamed Centre Point and Max Fashion last week.
The naming rights of this metro station constitutes an investment opportunity for Sobha Realty, as the strategic location of this metro station, will enable the brand to reach and engage with its customers directly at the station.

The full name change will be implemented by October

The signed agreement entitles this local group’s two leading retail brands in the region; Max Fashion and Centrepoint, to benefit from significant advertising assets and achieve huge brand exposure at some of Dubai’s key destinations
