Huge crowds gathered outside the Nakheel Sales Centre on the morning of Wednesday, September 20 for the launch of Nakheel’s Palm Jebel Ali Villa project
The cheapest villa was priced at a whopping AED 18 million, but Dubai real estate agents and clients were confident about its success this time around. As explained by the large crowds.

The Palm Jebel Ali Project has been put back into action after a long season of doubt
After its initial reveal back in 2008, the project had come to a halt in 2009 following the global financial crisis.
In May 2023, The ruler of Dubai HH Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum renewed public interest for this project.
As part of the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan, Palm Jebel Ali is set to be one of a series of projects being undertaken by Nakheel. It will be a brand new playground, spanning twice the area of Palm Jumeirah, home to luxury real estate, hotels and leisure facilities.
