BREAKING: A Plane In Dubai Bound For Heathrow Has Been Disembarked Due To A Bomb Threat
Passengers on a Virgin flight from Dubai to Heathrow airport have reportedly been disembarked from a plane, after a security threat was reported.
Specific details have not yet been released, however Virgin released a statement confirming the news.
The captain of the plane reportedly told passengers the security check was due to a bomb threat and the airline was taking every precaution necessary.
The airline shared a tweet to clarify the information, assuring everyone the threat was not a credible one
To clarify; our customers were removed as a precautionary measure for additional security checks, not due to a credible threat.^R

A Virgin spokesperson released a statement:
“Our customers travelling on the VS401 from Dubai to London Heathrow have temporarily disembarked the aircraft for additional security checks.
“This is purely as a precautionary measure as the safety of our customers and crew is our number one priority and we’re planning to have everyone on their way as quickly as possible.”
