More than 1,000 fake jobs have been caught out by the Indian Workers Resource Centre (IWRC) this year alone.

The IWRC office works to prove the authenticity and genuineness of job offers, that are received by Indians, from the UAE.

Officials just released a statement that out of 1,078 entries to the service, only 73 were legitimate.

Non-existing and fake

Anish Chaudhary, the manager of IWRC, said “A lot of people especially university professors are also getting bogus job offers with a salary of AED11,000 to AED 17,000.”

“Every day we get emails from people in India saying they have received job offers from the UAE, including even big companies. We check the website of the UAE government and the websites of the companies offering jobs.”

Legal migration of Indians
