YAS! All Private Schools In Sharjah Will Now Have Free Drinking Water For Students

His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, the Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah, has asked that all private schools in Sharjah be provided Zulal bottled drinking water- completely free of charge.

This should probably be the norm everywhere by now, but it’s quite an initiative to take on with the Emirati having more than 116 schools with 200,000 students, 235 nurseries and 6,500 children.

SO generous of this amazing leader!

Local reports say that this initiative is a follow-up to his directives in 2018 to provide 114 schools and 27 nurseries drinking water bottles at the beginning of the new school year.

The authority is immediately working on implementing His Highness’ new grant.
