With the severing of ties between Qatar and other Gulf countries, came the ceasing of direct flights from Saudi, the UAE, Bahrain and Egypt to Doha’s international airport.
It also saw the closure of Qatar Airways offices in the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
The decisions by the UAE and Saudi governments are in relation to Qatar’s choice to fund terrorism and extremist in the region, and contributing to regional instability.

And the fall out has subsequently cost Qatar due to its failure to adhere to repeated requests by governments
Particularly at Hamad International Airport in Doha, which is shown in several photos on Instagram.
The normally buzzing airport has been reduced to eery empty gates
Flights have been cancelled, suspended or redirected, resulting in Hamad International Airport losing a huge amount of traffic
It’s not likely to improve any time soon, with Qatar shunning recommendations by Saudi and the UAE
The UAE, along with Saudi, Bahrain and Egypt, have isolated Qatar due to its failure to adhere to warnings
